After deciding to switch from soccer to distance running mid-way through her sophomore year, Natalie Schudrowitz was often easy to spot among the pack with her height of 6’1”. After surprising many opponents throughout her first track season, the previously unknown Wauwatosa East runner was the 1600m runner-up at the 2012 WIAA State Track Meet. Schudrowitz returned to the podium in 2013 to place 7th at the WIAA State Cross Country Meet, despite having broken her collarbone mid-season in a bicycle accident. Team captain Schudrowitz capped off her high school running career as 2014 WIAA State Champion in the 3200m along with a runner-up finish in the 1600m. Schudrowitz holds Wauwatosa East records in the 1600m, 1000m, and 3200m relay. Post-high school, Schudrowitz was recruited by NCAA Division I Brown University where she continued to compete in track and cross country. She was awarded the title of All-American in 2015 after placing 23rd at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship. 2016 saw Schudrowitz as the Ivy League Indoor 5000m Champion and runner-up in the 3000m. Schudrowitz holds Brown University school records in the mile, 3000m, and 3000m steeplechase. Post-graduate, Schudrowitz went on to continue her education at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
