Emily Salentine earned nine letters playing for the Red Raiders, excelling in basketball (four letters), tennis (three letters), and soccer, where she earned two letters. Emily was a natural leader on the basketball court, serving as Team Captain during her Junior and Senior years. She also achieved All-Conference honors in 1999 and was recognized with the Coach’s Award. Emily was also a force in tennis, qualifying for the State Tournament in 1997, and achieving the number-one singles player in 1998. She received the Coach’s Award in 1996 and 1997, Team MVP in 1998, and was Team Captain during her senior year. In Soccer, Emily was an exceptionally key member of 1998 and 1999 State Runner-up teams. Her contributions were acknowledged with the Coach’s Award in 1999. After her graduation, Emily’s journey continued at Ripon College, where she transitioned her skills to basketball and tennis. Her potential was evident as she became a four-time tennis conference champion.
