Liz Boldt

Class of 1998 - Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer

To win a conference championship is typically the highlight of a high school athlete’s career. For Liz Boldt, it was a regular occurrence. Liz earned a total of 12 varsity letters; four each in volleyball, basketball and soccer. In volleyball, Liz was a member of three Conference Championships (1994, ’95, ’96), two State Runnerups (1995 and 1997) and a State Championship in 1994. In 1997, Boldt earned 1st Team All Conference and 1st Team All Area. On the basketball court, Liz was a member of another Conference Championship in 1994. On the soccer pitch, Liz was a key component to four Conference Championships (1995, ’96, ’97 and ’98), one State Runnerup finish (1998) and two State Championships (1996 and 1997). Liz was recognized as All Conference, All Area and 1st Team All State in 1998 and was named the Tosa East Athlete of the Year. Liz closed out her high school career with 8 Conference titles, 3 State Runnerups and 3 State Championships. Liz would go on to be the starting goalkeeper for Purdue University in 2000 and 2001.
